I have learned to incorporate my favorite foods into my lower calorie diet. That helps a ton. So, I learned to make lower cal pizza and lower cal taco salad. I weigh and i measure.<br />on my cheat day, I eat one meal I truly love...top it off with some potato chips or popcorn (which I normally avoid) and then the next day it's back otk. Nothing, no food is worth going off track for, we all have to find what we can live with for life...that is different for each person. You're doing a wonderful job. I have never let myself have "cheat" days because I feel like it's just a chance to slip back into old habits.
