Today's weigh-in is 225. Up a pound and a half from last week's weigh-in, but down from the 227 I hit earlier this week.
It's a little bit of a downer to type in that date and that weight side-by-side. I was supposed to hit goal a month ago (at some times) and had practically no setbacks for the first 60 pounds, everything went absolutely according to plan and I didn't suffer or struggle. Then I went to Asheville for 2 weeks and this last 5 pounds is just being stupid.
I was hungry again yesterday, and I remembered some words of wisdom - to appreciate a little feeling of hunger because that leads to weight loss. This week I'm on the "Fall's Best" plan at ediets, which is nice because of the hot soups, but it doesn't seem like enough food, compared with the Glycemic Impact Diet. Meals look and feel tiny, and there are only 4 of them instead of the 5 you get at Glycemic Impact.
