July 7, 254

254. Well, this is interesting. I weigh as much now as I did a month ago. Yesterday I was on plan, except I ate too many raspberries with lunch, but then I skipped 2nd snack and also didn't have any strawberries with dinner, so that should be okay. Also I lifted weights - had a good session with that. So, we'll just see what happens for the rest of the week. All expectations are out the window. My only goal is to stay on the meal plan and try to get a little exercise, - and stay on task with work. This is a little bounce, and I still have another 35 pounds to lose just to hit my goal. This might surely have pushed back my expected goal date. Oh well, we'll see.
